Public ridicule! Here's a sample:
You are the real problem ********. You are so full of your self that you think you can pull this kind of crap. You should shut this site down now and save face. We all know who was passing out cards at a recent gop meeting. Please spare us from any further crap.
On Sunday, I will hit the high points of our interactions with TTR, whomever he may be. Of course, he will deny everything because that is his mode. If you have wondered why he and others were so intent on destroying our access to my email, you are likely to find out.
It is no accident that I am willing to hand out cards as you point out, and he is not.
Here's my challenge to you, who so freely used my name but lack the courage to use yours: I will meet you in any public place where Republicans gather. I will read Sunday's laundry list item by item and I want you to say in a loud clear voice after each item "That is the face of conservatism I want the public to see."
I will say nothing. We will see who leaves the room humiliated.
I'd like written permission to tape the event and put it on YouTube.
I have given no person permission to use my name on the internet, on my blog or any other. I am not a public person and have taken significant steps that I not become a public person. Even public people are protected from public ridicule based on false statements. Private people even more so.
Today's hint is a common sense one. It is really easy to step over some bright lines and be called to account for it. Jurors who look at the whole body of a litigant's work and find it repulsive are not likely to accept any defense. The interesting thing about lawsuits is the process of discovery where secret identities are disclosed and secret relationships are revealed.
While TTR will rush to paint that as a threat, nothing could be farther from the truth. A person at war with the legal system over a fraudulent ethics system is especially unlikely to receive justice, so I'm not suing anyone (unless things get really out of hand).
You are an absolute kook. King of them, in fact. And you now have absolutely zero credibility.

You start an internet war and then are upset your name came out. This is probably why everyone laughs at you, even Broerman who claims he doesn't really know you.
You think every time someone slams you it's TTR? You are a sad pathetic little person. Most people know who is behind TTR. You on the other hand, do not.
Go ahead and blame two uninvolved people and see what kind of reaction you get.

"Even public people are protected from public ridicule based on false statements. Private people even more so."
REALLY?
So this standard applies to others - and not just you - right?
Because if you're not already a hypocrite, your about to become one.

The ridicule will most likely get worse when everyone realizes you were completely wrong in your accusations. So WHEN you are proved wrong, can we expect to see a full apology on your blog?
